- Eligibility to Sell: To sell textbooks on eFlipp, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to sell the textbooks. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of second-hand goods.
- Listing Textbooks: When listing textbooks for sale on eFlipp, you must provide accurate and complete information about the textbook, including its condition, edition, and ISBN. You are responsible for ensuring that the textbook is in the condition described in the listing.
- Pricing: You are responsible for setting the price for the textbooks you list for sale on eFlipp. You agree to price your textbooks competitively and to update your prices as necessary to remain competitive.
- Sales and Fulfillment: When a customer purchases a textbook from you on eFlipp, you are responsible for fulfilling the order in a timely and professional manner. You agree to ship the textbook within 4-7 business days of receiving the order, and to provide tracking information to the customer. Late shipping will be feed at R12. Pargo will be used for deliveries.
- Returns and Refunds: You are responsible for handling returns and refunds in accordance with eFlipp's Returns Policy. You agree to accept returns and issue refunds for eligible textbooks, and to communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner regarding returns and refunds.
- Prohibited Items: You may not list or sell any textbooks that are prohibited by law, including but not limited to counterfeit textbooks, stolen textbooks, or textbooks that infringe on intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring that the textbooks you list for sale on eFlipp do not violate any laws or regulations.
- Intellectual Property: You may not use any copyrighted material, including but not limited to images or text, in your listings or communications with customers without the proper permissions or licenses.
- Termination of Seller: Account We reserve the right to terminate your seller account on eFlipp at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or our policies and procedures.
4. Purchasing Textbooks :
When purchasing textbooks on our website, you agree to pay the listed price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You are responsible for verifying the condition and description of the textbooks before making a purchase.
5. Intellectual Property :
The content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of eFlipp and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties :
